Principles of personal data processing (GDPR) in the travel agency is a generally valid document concerning the protection and processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
We care about your personal data and we do not process your data unless it is necessary or you do not give us your consent. If we process personal data, we place great emphasis on their security, timeliness, and processing only for the purpose for which you provided it to us. We assure you that we do not trade in personal data and do not provide it to third parties unless this is necessary for contractual performance, legal obligation, or on the basis of your consent. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary or as required by law.
The travel agency has the legal right to process the customer’s personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the Travel Agreement or other Tourism Services Agreements. The travel agency collects and processes the following personal data of the customer / person /: name, receipt, title, gender, date of birth, place of permanent residence, telephone number, e-mail, number and validity of travel document, contact to close persons, bank details, payment records.
For the purposes of fulfilling the Travel Contract or other contract for the provision of tourism services, the customer understands that his personal data will be provided to the necessary extent to other subcontractors of services that are part of the tour (transport, accommodation, guides, delegates, insurance companies)
